2026 Agenda

  • Topic: How to Become a Confident, Compelling Speaker - Why the Way You Speak is Either Winning or Losing You Customers

The biggest thing standing between you and the opportunities you want is learning to own the room.

Most people would rather do almost anything than speak in public — but the most successful entrepreneurs and leaders aren't naturally confident speakers. They just learned how to fake it until it became real, and then built a skill set that changed everything.

In this talk, you'll walk away with the mindset shift that separates nervous speakers from magnetic ones, how to structure what you say so people actually listen, the body language habits that build instant credibility, how to turn your personal story into your most powerful tool, and practical techniques to manage nerves and handle any room.

  • Most small business owners are pouring time and money into marketing — more ads, more posts, more content — and still not seeing the results they expected. The frustrating truth? More marketing won't fix a weak brand. It'll just amplify it.

In this talk, Kristy cuts through the noise and shows small business owners what branding actually is — and why getting it right changes everything. From the words you use to the way your business makes people feel, your brand is either attracting your ideal customer or repelling them. And most business owners don't even know which one is happening.

This is the talk that makes you stop and rethink everything — from your logo and your language to the story you're telling and the positioning that sets you apart in a crowded market.

  • Topic: Turn Followers Into Buyers - The Content Strategy That Actually Sells

Every small business owner knows they need to "be on social media." But posting consistently and actually making money from content are two completely different games — and nobody taught us the rules of the second one.

  • This awards ceremony is about more than trophies… it's about the late nights, the hard calls, and the decision to keep going anyway. Building something in a small market takes a special kind of grit, and tonight we stop to celebrate exactly that. To every finalist and winner in the room — this is your moment. You've earned it.
